More people have vanished in the intervening years, including the most recent, a journalist who was investigating the missing. Now the journalist's brother shows up, looking for clues at the inn where Abby works. She tries to help him, and they uncover a flash drive tucked away in the cabin the journalist used. The story is told from Abby's point of view, and readers will appreciate her insights into the town, its residents and its visitors. The action really picks up in the second half!
